Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the website uregistry.de. The Uregistry service in your AI assistant and the account page have their own privacy policy: https://mcp.uregistry.de/konto/datenschutz The German version is binding.

We have not appointed a data protection officer because there is no legal obligation to do so (Art. 37 GDPR, § 38 BDSG).
2. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Germany. When you visit it, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. This serves delivery and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep no access log: this data is processed only for the duration of the request and not stored.
We have a data processing agreement with Hetzner. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU.
3. Contact by email
When you write to us, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once it is settled and no retention obligation applies.
4. No analytics, no tracking cookies
We use no analytics or advertising tools and no tracking cookies. When you switch the language, the website stores your choice in a technically necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE, one year; § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). Fonts and scripts are loaded from our own server.
5. Recipients
Your data is only shared with the service provider named above, Hetzner. We do not sell data and make no automated decisions within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)). Write to info@uregistry.de.
