Note: Uregistry is planning to be founded as a GmbH (founding planned for Q3/Q4 2025). All details in this privacy policy are provisional and non-binding; binding details will be published once the company has been founded. This privacy policy informs you about the processing of personal data when using the Uregistry website.

A Data Protection Officer will be appointed once the company is founded. Until then, you can reach us with data protection questions provisionally via info@uregistry.de.
3. Data collection and processing
When using our website, personal data is only processed to the extent technically necessary. Data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) to provide a functional website.
Server log filesWhen the website is accessed, information is automatically sent from the end device's browser to our server and stored in log files: IP address (truncated), date and time of the request, requested resource, browser used and, if applicable, operating system. Processing serves to ensure a secure and stable operation.
4. Analytics tools
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics service. Plausible works without cookies and does not collect personal data within the meaning of the GDPR. IP addresses are processed in truncated form so that no identification of individuals is possible. The integration is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Consent and consent management We use Klaro as a consent management platform. On your first visit, you can choose which analytics tools you want to enable. Your settings are stored in localStorage. Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.

6. Retention period
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Server log files are retained for a maximum of 7 days. Analytics data at Plausible is stored in aggregated form without personal reference.
7. Cookies and local storage
Our website uses technically necessary storage in localStorage (e.g. for the language setting and consent management via Klaro). Analytics tools are only loaded after your explicit consent. Further information on consent management can be found in our cookie policy.
8. Supervisory authority
The competent data protection supervisory authority will be announced once the company is founded and the registered office is determined.
